Vastu Purush Positive Thinking and Tathastu
In this post, I have explained a simple technique for avoiding attracting negative energy into your home or life. This technique enables the practitioner to get the blessings of the Vastu Purush, the Soul or Spirit of the House, and attract Positive Energy into the Home.
Vastu Purush is the Presence or Energy of a House, building, or Piece of Land, as described in Hindu Religious Scriptures and Vastu Shastra. Hence, the Indian Science of Vastu Shastra stresses the importance of practicing remedies for appeasing the Vastu Purush to attract peace, harmony, and happiness into the house.
In Hindu Scriptures, the Vastu Purush is described as constantly blessing the house residents by saying “Tathastu”, which means “so be it” “let it happen” or “Amen” to whatever they ask. Hence, it is always advisable to think and speak positively inside the house so that you do not unintentionally start attracting negative energies.
Thus, it is advisable not to keep complaining and speak negatively about anything. For example, if you are sick, do not keep saying “I am always sick and suffering” Instead you can say “My health is improving and I am feeling happy about it”. Do not keep complaining about small things like “there is no money in the house” or “there is no milk”. You can instead say “I am going to bring money or milk” or “We will need more”.
Hence, “Tathastu” from the Vastu Pursuh in response to the positive statements and assertions made by the members of the household will attract happiness, peace, and abundance into the house. The atmosphere inside the house will become harmonious and this will attract wished-for things, like money and material things.
What to do when it is impossible to avoid negative thoughts: Many times it is impossible to avoid negative thinking, especially in problems connected to money, enemies, health, or domestic problems. Hence, when faced with such situations, the practitioner can replace the negativity by chanting the Beej Mantras of his Ishta Devta.
If the practitioner does not have an Ishta Devta, he can chant this small but potent Mantra dedicated to the Vastu Purush|| Om Vastu Purushaya Namah|| ||ॐ वास्तु पुरुषाय नमः||. This simple Mantra Remedy will prove to be very effective whenever you find it difficult to avoid negative thoughts.
