Three Minutes Mantra Sadhana to Increase Mind Power

In this post, I have written about a simple yet miraculous three-minute Mantra Sadhana to calm the mind and enable it to function according to its real potential. This Powerful Mantra Sadhana is very useful for common folks because it can be easily practiced in the office, at home, or while walking.

This Mantra Sadhana stimulates the inner or sub-conscious mind and brings the inborn mental powers that are present in all individuals to the fore making the mind of the practitioner more efficient and powerful. This simple technique described in this post will also remove, fears, phobias, depression, sadness, anxiety, and restlessness and give happiness, satisfaction, and peace of mind to the practitioner. 

Some Information About this Mantra Sadhana:
The human mind is such an instrument that it never stops thinking from waking up in the morning till sleeping at night. This continuous cycle of thinking all the time exhausts the mind, making it tired and feeble, thus reducing its capacity, which leads to all kinds of problems and difficulties, making the mind introverted and unable to come out of its shell.

Mantra Sadhana for Brain Power

How to Practice this Mantra Sadhana to Increase Brain Power: This Mantra Sadhana uses simple but powerful proven Mantras to break the thought chain and enhance the power of the mind. The Mantra Sadhana should be practiced six times every day, at about 6, 9, and 12 O'clock in the morning and 3, 6, and 9 O'clock.

The practitioner should chant the Mantra- Hari Om हरी ॐ 10 times or ॐ चैतन्य गोरखनाथाय नमः Om Chaitanya Gorakhnathaya Namah 27 times. If the practitioner has a Guru Mantra given by his Guru, he can chant it instead of the two Mantras mentioned above 27 times. The Mantra can be chanted mentally or verbally, and no rules of worship are connected to it.

This Mantra Sadhana will break the thought cycle and energize the mind and body by increasing the mind's capacity, improving memory power, and making it more efficient and well-organized. The practitioner will notice that after a few days, his mind will automatically remind him that it is time to meditate. However, the practitioner should remember that the Mantra Sadhana should be practiced for only three minutes or less.

Diet Control for Good Mental Health: Along with this Mantra Sadhana, it is recommended that the practitioner should keep a watch over this diet and not overeat. The practitioner can also reduce his diet and take his meals on time. A reduced diet at fixed times will help the practitioner in controlling harmful emotions, like lust and anger, and improve his mental and physical health.

Diet Control if practiced properly is more beneficial than strict fasting and if practiced along with Mantra Sadhana described earlier in this post, it will be very effective in giving good physical and mental health.

  2. Sir, you mentioned 3 minutes and also 10 times. What to fallow? As much as chants in 3 minutes or chant 10 times?
