Dhanvantri Mantra to Heal Serious and Chronic Diseases
In this post, I have written about a most powerful Healing Mantra for getting relief from serious, incurable, and chronic diseases and ailments dedicated to Lord Dhanvantari, the Hindu God of Medicine, Health, and Healing, and Treating Diseases and Ailments.
Such powerful Hindu Healing Mantras have great relevance during this trying period of Mahamari or the Coronavirus Pandemic that has gripped the world. It is sincerely hoped that many people will benefit greatly by chanting these tried and tested Healing Mantras.
As described in many earlier posts published on this site, Lord Dhanvantari who is called the God of Ayurveda and Chikitsa in Hindi manifested during Samudra Manthan or the Great Churning of the Ocean holding the Amrit Kalash or the Jug containing the Nectar of Immortality in his hands.
There are many Mantras and Prayers that are used to worship and get the blessings of Lord Dhanvantari for getting good health, long-life, and freedom from diseases and ailments.
Most Puranas consider Lord Dhanvantari who manifested on the day of Dhanteras during the Festival of Diwali to be an Avatar of Maha Vishnu who is the Vishwaroop or Universal Form of Lord Vishnu. Hence, the sincere worship of Lord Dhanvantari is considered to be very effective and beneficial for getting success in anything connected to health and Healing.
This Mantra, given in this post is a part of a larger Mantra dedicated to Lord Dhanvantari. However, in my opinion, chanting only the part given in this post is sufficient because a sick and ailing person will not be able to fully concentrate upon a large Mantra or Prayer.
The Vidhi of practicing the Lord Dhanvantari Mantra for healing any kind of disease or ailment is given below.
1] The Mantra chanting can be started on any day, the practitioner can chant the Mantra 7, 11 or 21 times in the morning or before going to sleep at night or as much as he likes throughout the day and night, depending upon his wishes.
2] The Mantra can be chanted verbally or mentally and the practitioner should do a Smaran of Lord Vishnu and Lord Dhanvantari before starting the Mantra Chanting. Special Puja-Vidhi or the practice of any ritual is not necessary.
3] The Mantra should be chanted with self-confidence and will power and while chanting the Mantra, the practitioner should imagine that the disease is being burnt away by the power of the Mantra.

It is not possible for a seriously ill person to have a bath daily, hence, it is excused is such cases. If you are well than you can take a bath.
