Simplest technique of Kundalini Meditation
In this post, I have described a very simple but effective method of Kundalini Awakening for the followers of Kundalini Yoga. This most easy to practice Kundalini Stimulating technique appears in the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra.
The Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, which is a treasure house for seekers and practitioners of Kundalini Yoga describes 112 simple methods of awakening the Kundalini Shakti and connecting with the Ever-Existent Universal Being or God.
These methods may appear to most simple and basic, but they are at the same time most powerful techniques for raising the dormant Kundalini Shakti from the Muladhara or Root Chakra at the base of the spine and piercing each of the subsequent six Chakras, including the Sahasrara Chakra or Crown Chakra that lies above the crown of the head.
This simple method is an imagination technique in which the Tantra says that the aspirant should think that his mind, consciousness and body is lying suspended in space and is a part of that space with nothing supporting him. He should start thinking that he is part of a larger energy and that larger energy is a part of him.
This simple method will remove all that is preventing him from connecting with the higher self, including the mental blockages and thought forms that are preventing the natural upwards flow of the Kundalini Shakti from the Muladhara Chakra to the Sahasrara Chakra.
This results is calming down the mind and making it tranquil and ceasing all thought activity. In this tranquil state of mind, the mind of the practitioner drifts into the divine consciousness and he becomes aware of Bhairava or the Supreme Consciousness.
This is also the state in which Duality ceases and the aspirant experiences the Non-Dual State of Existence in which he becomes a part of everything and everything becomes a part of him, including living and non-living material things.
It would be worthwhile for the practitioner of Kundalini Yoga to remember that everything in this Universe, including his mind, consciousness, sub-consciousness and body is a form of energy, which rests in the Universal Energy and is a part of the Universal Energy.
The regressive, dull, harmful or dangerous energy that sometimes engulfs the mind as thought forms, ceases when the mind becomes calm, thoughtless and tranquil and this is the state in which the difference between the individual and Universal Mind ceases and they become one and the same.
Note- All kinds of Mantras and Kundalini Stimulating techniques, including those from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra can be seen in the section on – Kundalini Mantra and Tantra.

Please explain 1 thing to me, because I can not find information about it on the internet.
ReplyDeleteWhen you have performed 1 vashikaran prayog on someone and after about 40 there is still no desired results, how long should one wait before one can perform a new vashikaran prayog on the same person? This is so important, otherwise we will keep waiting and waiting.
