Mantra to Calm Hurricanes and Storms
In this post, I have written about a Shabar Mantra for calming down and pacifying Hurricanes, Typhoons, Storms and Hailstorms, which are massive natural disasters. Readers should take note that this post has been solely written to give interesting information about rare Hindu Mantras.
First of all, it would be most appropriate to mention that such awesome and most powerful Siddhis over nature are mentioned in many Hindu religious and mythological texts.
There is information in these texts about Rishis who possessed such supernatural powers by which they could control the rains and other elements of nature.
The Mantra given below, apart from Shri Ram and Hanuman mentions Jambuvant and Nala-Neel who are important characters from the Ramayana.
Nala is the character who along with Jambuvant and Neel played a major role in the construction of the bridge called Rama Setu from Rameshwaram to Lanka, in order to take the Vanar Sena to Lanka and defeat Ravana and his army of Rakshasas and rescue Sita also called by the name Janaki, which appears in the Mantra.
The Mantra also names Varuna who is the Hindu God of Water and the Skies.
The Tantra says that the Siddhi over this Mantra for calming, pacifying or preventing Storms and Typhoons has to be be performed during the period of a full or partial Solar or Lunar Eclipse.
During the period of the Eclipse, the Sadhak has to continuously keep chanting the Mantra to gain Mastery over it and use it to stop the natural disasters mentioned above.
Then, in order to calm an approaching storm, while traveling by a ship, the Sadhak has to chant the Mantra 21 times, in order to calm the storm.
Again readers should keep in mind that such massive Mantra Siddhi are mentioned time and again in many Hindu religious and Mythological texts, including the Ramayana and Mahabharata and the Puranas.
Note- Many ancient and rare Hindu Mantras for gaining supernatural protective powers can be seen in the section on- Protection Mantras
