Shiva Mantra for Insomnia and Preventing Bad Dreams
In this post, I have written about a most effective and beneficial Shiva Mantra to remove insomnia and at the same time to prevent bad and frightening dreams. In the Hindi language, this Mantra is called as the Acchi Neend Aur Bure Sapne Dur Karne Ka Shiva Mantra.
The Mantra is a very useful Satvik Mantra Chant, which can be chanted just before going to sleep at night, in order to calm down your agitated and restless mind and experience sound sleep, which is devoid of scary sleep preventing dreams.
The Mantra is useful for those people who are suffering from chronic insomnia due to some or the other kind of depression or those who have restless temperament that makes them keep pondering over small and insignificant things, which prevent sound sleep.
People who suddenly wake up at night for some or no reason and find it difficult to go back to sleep once again can also keep mediating upon this mind calming Mantra.
The language of the Mantra is simple and beautiful. The chanter should understand the meaning of the Mantra and then let the wordings of the Mantra sink into the deeper levels of his unconscious mind. Chanting the Mantra as some sort of mechanical exercise will have no effect.
