Jalavasini Mantra for Walking and Staying Underwater
In this post, I have described an unknown Mantra for walking and remaining submerged underwater for long periods of time. The Mantra is dedicated to an unknown Goddess called Jalavasini जलवासिनी and invokes her to bless the practitioner with this supernatural power and protect him.
The Mantra Sadhana of Jalavasini Devi to get Pani Pe Chalne Ki Aur Pani Ke Andar Rahne Ki Siddhi has to be conducted on the banks of a large water body, like the sea.
It has to be started on the Pratipada Tithi after Amavasya [the first New Moon] and continued for 30 days until the next Amavasya.
The Mantra Sadhana has to be performed for 30 days in a row, without taking a break. During this period of 30 days, the practitioner has to chant the Mantra given below 6000 times daily. Though, a preferred counting rosary has not been mentioned in the Tantra, the practitioner can use a Rudraksha Japa Mala.
On the 30th day of the Mantra Sadhana, the practitioner has to conclude the Mantra Sadhana by offering a Nariyal[coconut] to the Jalavasini by immersing it in the water body.
If the practitioner has performed the Mantra Sadhana with full faith, sincerity and concentration, the Jalavasini will manifest in front of him at Mid-Night and take him into the water and bless with the supernatural power of walking on water and staying underwater for long periods of time. The Jalavasini Devi will also protect the practitioner form any kind of harm or danger when he in walking on or under water.
Note- Even though, the meaning of Jalavasini is “the One who resides in Water”, very little information in known about this Goddess.
If any reader has more information about her, he can post it in the comments section for the benefit of others.
