Vashikaran Mantra to Attract Whole World

This is a Vashikaran Mantra to enchant the whole world or Sara Sansar or Jagat. This means that the Vashikaran Spell will effect the mind and senses of all those people with whom the practitioner comes across or interacts during the course of the day and these persons will behave cordially and amicably with the practitioner and will fully co-operate with him or her.

This Vashikaran Mantra does not need to be Siddh or Mastered and it can be used as it is to cast a Vashikaran Spell on any man or woman for the purposes of love, marriage, business of friendship.

The Vashikaran Spell can be cast at any time of the day on any day, by following the procedure given below.

1] Sandalwood Paste[Chandan Ki Paste] should be Abhimintrit [infused] with the Vashikaran Mantra given below by Keeping the Sandalwood Paste in-front of you and chanting the Vashikaran Mantra 7 or 21 times.

2] Then. An Ulta [reverse] Tilak of the Sandalwood Paste should be applied upon the forehead. Normally a Tilak is applied by sliding the thumb from bottom to top on the forehead, in this case it had to be the reverse of this so that larger part of the Tilak is visible on the bottom of the forehead.

3] This Vashikaran Mantra Prayoga as per the Vashikaran Tantra will make the entire world or the Sara Sansar come under the Vashikaran Spell of the practitioner. This means that all those person who see the practitioner with the Ulta Vashikaran Tilak upon his forehead will become fascinated by him and act and conduct themselves as per his wishes and commands.

4]The effects of the Vashikaran Spell will be effective as long as the Ulta Vashikaran Tilak remains upon the forehead of the practitioner. If the practitioner wants the effects to carry on forever, he or she should take care that they always appear in-front of the targetted persons with the Ulta Chandan Tilak upon their foreheads.
