Rudraksha Water Therapy for Blurred Eyesight
In this post, I have described a very simple Rudraksha water therapy for getting relief from blurred vision and burning eyes. Such eyesight related problems are most common especially in people who have to look continuously at computer screens due to their professions or those habited to looking at computer and smart phone screens due to addiction to computer games. Such habits are harmful for the eyesight in the long term and this Rudraksha Beads healing therapy is said to prevent long-term damage to eyesight.
To practise this remedy, 2-3 Rudraksha Beads [any kind of genuine Rudraksha Beads can be used] have to be kept immersed in a couple of glasses of clean drinking water, filled in a clean glass or stainless steel container for about three hours. Ganga Jal [water of India’s sacred River Ganges] can also be used for practicing this remedy.
Then after three hours, the Rudraksha Beads should be removed from the water using a clean and washed pliers or tongs. The Rudraksha Beads should not be removed with the fingers nor should the fingers be dipped in the Rudraksha water.
The Rudraksha water should be sprinkled lightly over the eyes by taking some Rudraksha water in the palm and sprinkling it on the open eyes. Then, the practitioner should close the eyes and sit quietly for about five minutes.
The Rudraksha Beads water therapy should be practiced two to three times in order to get relief from blurred eyesight or burning eyes and to preserve eyesight.
