Good Health Remedy using Shwetark Root
In many articles published on this site over past few years, I had described the paranormal powers of the Shwetark Root or the Safeed Aak and its connection to Ganesha. In this post, I have described a healing remedy on how to utilize the inherent medicinal and healing powers of the Shwetark Root to regain lost health or to maintain good health using the Shwetark Root as a healing tonic.
The Safeed Aak is known by numerous names like Shwetark, Sweth or White Madar with the botanical name being calotropis gigantea linn. This plant apart from its importance in the worship of Ganesha and other Hindu paranormal rituals and Gharelu Upay and Totke also possesses strong medicinal properties, which is why the parts of the Safeed Aak are extensively used in traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda and Homeopathy to treat a wide range of diseases and ailments.
A healthy human body is also the home of a contented and happy soul meaning a person with a strong and healthy body also possesses a healthy, powerful, and peaceful mind possessing strong determination, drive and will power. This remedy for good health should be practiced on the day of the most auspicious astrological Muhurat of Ravi Pushya Yoga. On this day the practitioner should bring home the Shwetark Root and wash it with fresh drinking water and worship it by lighting a Oil Lamp and a couple of Agarbatti in front of the Shwetark Root. The practitioner is also advised to chant any Ganesha Mantra for 108 Mantra Repetitions or chant the Ganesh Chalisa or any Stotra of Ganesha.
After, the Shwetark Root has completely dried up; the practitioner should grind it to prepare a fine paste, which he should store in a clean glass bottle.
Every day about 4 to 5 grams of the Shwetark Root powder should be consumed along with a 250 grams cow milk. This treatment should be practiced in the morning for only One Week. This dosage is as per the Vanaspati Tantra said to be sufficient to enable a normal person to restore his health back to its peak condition.
