Indian Home Remedy for Menstrual Problems
The Remedy described by me in this post is yet another one of those specific Traditional Indian Healing Remedies, which are practiced for curing and getting relief from all kinds of Menstrual Problems. This Indian home remedy or Totka is said to regularize Menstruation and ensure the full discharge and flow of Menstrual Blood. Like some of the other Indian health remedies published on this site for the same problem, this remedy does possess a certain paranormal quality attached to it even though it appears to be just a simple Herbal Remedy.
To practice this remedy, about 500 grams of clean and fresh drinking water and 6 Grams of Coriander Seeds [Dhaniya ke Beej] have to be boiled together in a Brass Utensil. This Brass Utensil should be one having the Shining Silvery Coating intact, in the Hindi language such a Brass Utensil is call as a Kalai Wala Peetal Bartan.
When the boiling water in the Brass Utensil has evaporated to approximately half its original quantity it has to be removed from the flame and 200 Grams of Rock Sugar has to be added to the hot water. In Hindi Rock Sugar is called Khadi Shakkar or Mishri-Misri. This entire procedure has to be done on a Tuesday.
This water should then be stored in a clean container or bottle and consumed in equal proportion for Four Days from Thursday to Sunday.
The fact that this Gharelu Upay or Home Remedy has to be practiced specific weekdays is the only paranormal quality, which, I spoke about in the first paragraph. Other than this, the remedy appears to be a easy to practice, simple and straightforward herbal healing remedy.
The remedy can be repeated again as and when needed to resolve Menstruation Cycle Related Problems.
