Sheshnag Mantra to remove Infections
The method of practicing a rare Sheshnag Mantra to remove poisonous infections is described in this post. Poisonous in the context of this Sheshnag Mantra includes infections such as bacterial, fungal and viral infections resulting from coming in contact with these microscopic elements. It must be kept in mind that such infections were classified as resulting from Zehreele Jeev Jantu in the Early Middle Ages when most of these Shabar Mantras were originally composed.
The Siddhi over this Mantra has to be gained on the day of the Hindu festival of Nag Panchami, which is the day when Snakes, especially Cobras are worshipped by certain Hindu Sects. The Mantra, as you can see, invokes Sheshnag or the King of the Snakes. Sheshnag or the Five Headed Serpent has his own place in the Hindu Religion as the resting place of Bhagwan Vishnu at the bottom of the Ocean, symbolised as the Ground on which the Material Universe rests. On this day, the Mantra has to be chanted 1008 times in order to gain Mastery over the Mantra Sadhana.
To treat someone suffering from the poisonous infection described above a Neem Ki Daali Ka Utara has done by moving the Neem Ki Daali [small branch of the Neem tree] over the body of the patient and chanting the Mantra. The Tantra says that this has to be done 108 times in order to remove the infection.
