Mantra Meditation for Nectar of Life

Those who are undergoing physical or mental turmoil or both, seek divine intervention to ease the pain. These people understandably, find it difficult to concentrate on any fixed Sadhana or Mantra Prayog, due their mental condition. In this post, I have tried to find a Meditation Mantra to ease the pain. This is a long tern Meditation Mantra, in which the practitioner mediates upon the Divine Mother or Devi Mata.

The meditation is simple; the practitioner has to totally immerse himself in the mantra. This mantra is also part of the hundred names of the Shakti Mata. The Meaning of the Mantra is – I pray to the Goddess, the one who is Nectar.

The practitioner has to harbor full faith that the Goddess who is the Nectar of Life will heal him. Women can chant the mantra during their monthly periods. No Puja-Archana is required. The mantra is said to give beneficial results after the completion of 700,000 chants.

      You can treat this as a long term meditation mantra, there is no need to count the number of mantra chants.
