How to Position Mandarin Ducks in Feng Shui

A pair of Mandarin Ducks is a Chinese Feng Shui Charm for strong, loyal and robust relationships which are lifelong. This probably is inspired by the fact that unlike most other animal species the Mandarin Ducks stick loyally to the same partner throughout their entire life span. This is the reason why a lot of Chinese Couples prefer this Symbol in their homes to strengthen their bonds. In this post I will explain how to position the Mandarin Ducks in your home.

The ideal place is the Corner in the South- Western Direction of your Bedroom. This Direction is symbolic of relationships, bonds, love and affection. Keep this Corner clean and tidy and place a small flower vase with two roses inside it,  behind the Mandarin Ducks; even a nice and pleasant painting or photo of a flower vase with two roses will do. Remember the number of roses should be only two, this is also symbolic of two life partners or lovers.

Another thing to keep in mind while purchasing the Mandarin Ducks is that they should never be made from Wood. This is because the Tattva of this Direction is the Prithvi Tatva [The Earth Element] and Wood is harmful for this Direction.

Those unmarried people who are on the lookout for a strong and loyal life partner can also position this Chinese Charm in their Bedrooms in the same way, which has been explained above.
