      There are no specific rules regarding chanting as is mentioned in the article.
      If you wish to do a fixed number of chants then you can use a counting rosary to count the number of mantra chants, counting by finger is uncomfortable.
      You can try the mantra to bring back a ex-lover into your life if you so desire.
