Simple Meditation Mantras
To simply mantra meditation I have give a simple mantra for meditation; there are two versions of the same mantra; the meaning of both of them is the same. You can chant any one of the two which you feel most comfortable with. This is a mantra for spiritual upliftment and expansion.
The benefits of chanting this mantra can be gained by both; the advanced Sadhak and also the beginner. This mantra has been attributed to many specific Hindu Gods, however here we are not going to dedicate it to any particular God; but to the Omnipresent Ever-Existent. It is advisable to get completely immersed in the mantra and forget about anything else while chanting it.
If you visualize any particular God or Deity as the Ever-Existent you are free to dedicate this mantra to him or her. Now the meaning of this mantra “I pray to the ONE who is the MASTER of all the Lokas “. The three Lokas or the three planes of existence are Swarg [Heaven], Prithvi [Earth] and Patal [The Underworld].
