This one is recommended for cleaning the body of all infections and viruses that enter the body through food. The food we eat is one of the most important factors in determining our health. Let’s have a look at the meaning of this verse -- I am the light in the Sun that illuminates the whole world and also in the Moon and the light of the Fire.

If one infuses what one eats with this mantra, it ensures that the those elements needed for the nourishment of the body will be retained and will provide the energy needed for the smooth functioning of the body; whereas the harmful and poisonous elements in the food will go out of the body as waste.
