This is a most powerful Sun or Surya Mantra for fulfillment of all desires. This mantra is dedicated to the Sun or Surya; the only living God we see; without whom we cannot exist for a single moment.

      The Sun Mantra has to be chanted at Sunrise it is not necessary to stand in front of the Sun for the Mantra Chanting, it can also be done indoors.

      No, It should be changed facing east at sunrise. This is the vedic tradition. Indoor isn't acceptable.
