Primordial prayer for protection

This is a prayer or a Prarthana from the ancient Hindu scripture the Atharvaveda, commonly believed to have been composed during the early-to-mid 2nd to mid 1st millennium BCE.This is in fact a primordial prayer in the Vedic Sanskrit script.

Fire [ Agni] or the Sun is what this prayer is addressed to. The Sun which is the visible giver of life has been invoked to destroy evil spirits,demons,the evil eye and the intenders of harm.

Oh Agni ! I implore you to come forth,
Oh! destroyer of evil, chaser of diseases,
God! I implore you to consume the demons, to burn the evil spirits in your flame,
Burn the demons as the come in front of you,
Crush them who curse us, let the curses they intend for us turn upon them,
Let the harm go back to those who wish to harm us,

    not assured that it can work written read in English, I feel need for the original or Sanskrit form of this prayer, as that would be more Cosmical
