    Dear say it in the morning when u are done bathing toilet brushing etc always be clean also do not say if u r in state of impurity like in case of a men women sleeping together and in monthly impurity also if u say in gulikkaal of each day be assured even once said or said twenty seven times should be good u may say 5,7,11,9 27,54,108 times as u like,though 108 is best face east or north or northeast during recitation remember
