Mantra to remove Laziness
This is an extremely simple and easy to practice mantra to remove laziness and lethargy. Laziness and lethargy are the biggest enemies of man as they are the ones who breed diseases and illnesses.
This mantra has to be recited 108 times early in the morning and facing the Sun.
A small silk thread should be kept in your hand while reciting the mantra. After completion of the recitation the silk thread should be tied on the thumb of your left hand.
In case you do not want to tie the thread then you should stand on one leg and recite this mantra. This procedure should be repeated every day till you feel you are shaking off the laziness and lethargy and your Health is improving.
