The Madhurashtakam composed by Mahaprabhu Srimad Vallabhacharya (1479-1531), is a perfect example of how the world is seen through the eyes of an enlightened person. Such a person has merged fully into God and is truly in the Non-Dual state of existence. Everything in existence for such a person is God and nothing else.

Maha Shivratri or the great night of Shiva is a very important festival in the Hindu religion. This festival falls on the night before the new moon on the 13th or the 14th night of the new moon during Krishna Paksha or the second fortnight in the Hindu month of Phalgun. This is an Aarti recited during Maha Shivratri.

Tulsi or the Basil plant is considered as a holy plant in the Hindu religion. The Tulsi plant is found in almost every Hindu household. The leaves of the plant are used in all religious ceremonies and rituals.Tulsi is also considered as a Goddess, and the Tulsi Vivhav is a popular ceremony, Tulsi is given away as a bride to Krishna. The marriage of Tulsi marks the beginning of the wedding season in the Hindu religion. This is an Aarti recited in praise of the Goddess Tulsi.

The Mehandipur Balaji Aarti is dedicated to Hanuman. The Mehandipur Balaji temple is situated in Dausa, Rajasthan. Hanuman is believes to cure a person who is processed of evil energies and spirits and it is believed that visiting by this temple a processed person can be exorcised of all evil energies. This Aarti is recited at the The Mehandipur Balaji temple.

This Aarti is dedicated towards Shri Ram, the seventh Avatar of Vishnu. Shri Ram is considered to be in Hinduism as the complete and perfect man or the Maryada Purushottama. He is an example of virtue and bravery. This Aarti is the work of the great saint and devotee of Shri Ram, Gosvami Tulsidas.

Kaal sarp yog is an astrological sequence of the positioning of the planets of the horoscope, wherein all the planets are positioned between Rahu and Ketu.Rahu and Ketu are two points on the Zodiac which are called in English as North Node and South Node. And God looked upon the world and saw how degenerate, debased and vicious it was; for all of humanity had corrupted their way upon the earth and lost their true direction.

Will the human race survive 21 Dec 2012 or the next ten or hundred years, this is the subject on which numerous discussions are going on. A lot of material has been written on these subject, best sellers, articles, expert analysis and so on. How the world will end and with it, the human race is the subject matter of these exercises. This Aarti is dedicated to Surya Dev or the Sun, the source of life for everything in our Solar system. This Aarti is helpful in removing all negativity from ones mind, body and surroundings and in making the entire atmosphere around you harmonious.

This is another Aarti dedicated toward Shani Dev or Saturn, considered in astrology as well as the Hindu religion to be the most powerful planet in the zodiac. Brihaspati in the Hindu religion is the Guru or teacher of the Gods. In astrology he is known as the planet Jupiter. He stands for devotion, prayer.growth, expansion, wisdom. intelligence amongst various other qualities attributed to him. This Aarti is recited mostly as the Aarti of Guru var or Thursday.

This is the Aarti of Sai Baba of Shirdi which is recited at the Sai Baba temple in Shirdi and also in Sai Baba temples in Maharashtra. Marathi was the language which was mostly spoken by Sai Baba.

Udi/Vibhuti is the ash from the fire in a Shirdi Sai Baba temple. This fire is also called Sai Dhuni the ever burning fire.Numerous miracles have been reported in respect of people applying this ash on their bodies. Many persons have reported over the years that their problems as well as physical and mental ailments have disappeared after applying this ash. This ash is also taken with water. These are the mantras to be recited while applying the sacred ash taken from the Shirdi or any other Sai Baba temple.

These are two more Quatrains of Nostradamus which in my opinion are descriptive of the coming economic cr ash, which appears inevitable and will come soon sometime in the near future. This crash will be of a massive magnitude and will affect not only the big businesses but also the common population.

Om jaya Jagadiśa hare is an Aarti which is dedicated towards Vishnu. Vishnu is the preserver of the human race and the world in the Hindu religion. This is a very popular and commonly recited Aarti and prayer. This Aarti is considered a Universal prayer and is recited by most Hindus on religious and festive occasions. The welfare of the entire Universe is prayed for while reciting this Aarti. This Aarti is useful in making your mind pure, and also your surroundings pure harmonious and peaceful with the vibrations of this Aarti.

The thing, which rules our lives, and the thing, which we fear most, is time or Kaal as it is known in Hindi. Time spares none and none can escape or fight it. The entire Universe moves on a preset schedule like our solar system. We spend a lot of time looking at our watches looking at time, waiting for it or waiting for it to pass without really realizing the nature of time.

This Aarti is dedicated towards the Bhagwat Puran which is one of the greatest and popular Hindu religious texts. The Bhagwat Purana is also one of the most sacred religious texts with a world wide following.

Annapurna Devi is the Hindu Goddess of all things material in nature including food, grains and nourishment. She is the goddess who gives perfect food and nourishment and looks after the welfare of all beings. She is also the Goddess of the Indian holy city of Kashi or Varanasi.She is also considered a manifestation of Parvati the consort of Shiva.

This an Aarti in praise of Krishna,the eighth Avatar of Vishnu and Radha his beloved. Here Radha is to be seen as the female Shakti and Krishna as the Male Shakti of God. Thus the worshipper is worshipping totality which is seen as God or Vishnu. This Aarti is important in Shaktism where the female power is seen as the supreme God.

Adi Shankara the great saint and philosopher of the 8th Century AD composed the Ganesha pancharatnam stotram, dedicated towards Ganesha the God of all beginnings, knowledge, wisdom and all things auspicious in life, the remover of sorrows and dangers.

This is probably the most widely recited Aarti of Ganapati or Ganesha which is in Marathi. This Aarti is recited on most auspicious occasions and at the beginning of any new event in Maharashtra to invoke the blessings of Ganapati.This Aarti is also recited at the start of most religious rituals.

Salasar town is of district Churu in the Indian state of Rajasthan is a very popular place of pilgrimage for devotees of Hanuman.Lakhs of devotees visit the Salasar Balaji temple to seek the blessings of Hanuman. It is said the wishes and prayers of pilgrims are fulfilled by the worship of Hanuman in this temple.

This is an Aarti in praise of Parvati the consort of Shiva. Parvati is also considered a form of Adi Shakti, the Universal mother, a feminine and motherly form. She is the mother of the Gods Ganesha or Ganapati and Kartikeya.

The Navagraha Stotra which was composed by the great sage Vyas consists of the specific mantras for the nine planets, these mantras are also recited individually. This is a Stotra in which blessings of all the nine planets are taken together.

Kaal Bhairav is the Rudra Avatar of Shiva who is the omnipresent time or Kaal. Kaal or time is the fearsome face of Shiva as time stops for none. Each and every living being is afraid of time as it spares none. Hence Kaal is feared by one and all. The Kaal Bhairav Ashtakam was composed by the great philosopher saint of the 8th century AD Adi Shankara. The Kaal Bhairav Ashtakam is recited to make your journey through time or life free from troubles and dangers.

This is an Aarti dedicated to the mother of the Universe Kali; this Aarti is also recited while praying to other forms of the mother Goddess like Durga and Ambe Mata.

Satyanarayana is that form of Vishnu where he is worshipped as the absolute truth,or Narayana who stands for the absolute truth. The Pooja of Satyanarayana is an integral part of the Hindu religion,almost everyone performs this Pooja or ritual on festive and special occasions or on those days when something major has been achieved.

Sai Baba of Shirdi has given 11 Vachans or promises or assurances to his devotees.These Vachans are in Marathi which was the language mostly spoken by Sai Baba,the Marathi language spoken then was somewhat different from the Marathi of today.I have tried to translate it into English.

The world now awaits the manifestation of the tenth and last Avatar of Vishnu, Kalki Avatar who is expected to fulfill the prophecy from the Bhagavad-Gita (Chapter IV-7), and also various religious texts like the Bible. And also, the prophecies of prophets like Nostradamus. The very existence of mankind and the earth depends of the preservation of the earth and mankind. Vishnu is the preservation force of the Universe, and the preservation concept comes into play whenever the forces of destruction start dominating The very foundation of creation depends upon it. Kalki is time or eternity, everything is born out of time, and eternity so also will be the preserver who is expected to manifest.

The Aarti Ramayan ki is an Aarti dedicated in praise of the ancient Hindu epic the Ramayana.The Ramayana was written by the sage Valmiki. The Ramayana describes in detail the manifestation on earth of Ram who is the seventh Avatar of Vishnu. The real purpose of the manifestation of Ram on earth was to overcome and defeat the forces of evil who were dominant on earth during that period.

The Bajrang Baan is a very powerful prayer dedicated to the Hindu God Hanuman. The exact origins of the Bajrang Baan are not clear. One does not know if it was written by Tulsidas.Never the less it is an ancient and very powerful prayer. The literal meaning of the Bajrang Baan is the arrow of Bajrang Bali or Hanuman. The recitation of the Bajrang Baan early in the morning or just before going to bed is recommended. The sincere recitation of the Bajrang Baan will remove all negative energies from your surroundings, and bring peace and harmony in your life. The worship of Hanuman who is the rudra Avatar of Shiva gives one strength and confidence to overcome any difficulty in life.

Durga is the mother Goddess in the Hindu religion.She is the mother of everything including the Gods.The 32 names of Durga are recited to bring an end to all your difficulties in life.

Shri Krishna is one of the most popular and loved Gods in the Hindu religion. He is the eighth Avatar of Vishnu. Krishna is the central figure in the Mahabharata and it is due to him that good triumphs over evil. Kunj Bihari is one of the thousand names by which he is known as. Kunj Bihari means that Krishna is in the hearths of all beings and solves the problems of everyone. The worship or Bhakti of Krishna is spread all over the world. He is seen and worshipped as a friend, brother, lover, son, father and in any way which you feel you can love and connect with him the best. This Aarti in praise of Krishna known as the Aarti of Kunj Bihari is very popular amongst followers of Krishna.

The Suryashtakam is a eight verse Octet in praise of Surya or the Sun God. The Sun in Hinduism is not just an object which lights and gives life to our solar system,but the only visible God whom we see everyday of our lives and depend upon for our existence. The worship of the Sun has great significance in the Hindu religion. The recitation of this Octet will remove all obstacles from ones life and bring in peace an harmony. The ill effects of adverse planetary transits and placements will be removed by the worship of Surya or the Sun God.

These are some more Hindu peace or Shanti mantras. These mantras have been derived from the Upanishads,the ancient Hindu scriptures dating back thousands of years back. The unique vibrations generated by the recitation of these mantras are tuned in to the state of Universal peace in the Cosmos. This verse from Bhagavad-Gita (Chapter IV-7) is probably one of the most important verses in the Hindu religion, regarding the manifestation of Vishnu in his 10 Avatars on earth. Bharatha And a rise of unrighteousness then I manifest Myself!''
