This is a short Prarthana or Prayer in the Marathi language for forgiveness. This Prayer is normally recited as a Prayer of forgiveness towards Sai Baba of Shirdi, but it can also be recited towards any Deity or Saint you feel comfortable with. This is a great way to begin the New Year with.

The true meaning of freedom and liberation has been beautifully and clearly defined by Swami Vivekananda. He has also described the real meaning of what that elusive silence or the state of no-mind really means. True Mind Growth can only be achieved by transcending the Universe inside you .

This is a beautiful verse in praise of the Mother Goddess of Abundance Mahalaxmi from the Savitri Upanishad, the ancient Hindu religious Scripture which is part of the Sama Veda. These scriptures have a deep Spiritual significance and most Stotras and Chalisas owe their origins to these ancient scripture.

Namasmaran [नामस्मरण] means remembrance of the Holy Spirit of God. Remembrance with a pure heart and free from selfish motives helps one connect and become one with God. Clean and pure vibrations have only one frequency and that is the frequency of God. With the New Year approaching, it is great to enter this coming New Year with a positive frame of mind, and mark an auspicious beginning with positive resolutions.

This is verse from the Devi Bhagavatam which describes the Goddess of Abundance Mahalaxmi, worshipped as the Universal Mother or the Mother Goddess. This verse is taken as a Prarthana or Prayer recited in praise of Mahalaxmi.  Mahalaxmi as the mother goddess for all round happiness in life, and not only for the purpose of wealth accumulation. All round happiness and bliss also include wealth. This Prayer is suitable for those who find it difficult to recite lengthy Chalisas and Stotras . I have given the English translation and meaning for better understanding.

Shri Gajanan Maharaj of Shegaon in Buldhana District of Maharashtra was one of the greatest saints who lived in the 20th Century, he took Samadhi on 8th September 1910.Very little is known of his origin, his birth of date is also not known. Shri Gajanan Maharaj is said to have been blessed by the great saint Shri Swami Samarth Maharaj of Akkalkot.Numerous miracles are attributed to Shri.Gajanan Maharaj.It is said that he was instrumental in guiding and helping his devotees achieve realization and attain enlightenment.

This is the Dhyanam of Shri. Venkateshwara. Shri Venkateshwara is another name and form by which Vishnu, the Protector is worshipped. This worship is very popular in the southern states of India. The shrine of Shri. Venkateshwara in Tirupathi in Andhra Pradesh is the richest and most visited place of pilgrimage in India. Dhyan means concentration or contemplation as a form of meditation on a deity in order to be one with that particular deity. This ensures that your vibrations become one with those of that deity. This is the Dhyan in the Marathi language .

The Sudarshan Chakra [सुदर्शन चक्र] is the divine weapon of Vishnu, the Protective power of the Universe. The Sudarshan Chakra is shaped like a disk and has 108 spokes. This is the weapon which is used by Vishnu to destroy evil. The Sudarshan Chakra was also the weapon of Shri.Krishna, the eighth Avatar of Vishnu.

This is a very deep and meaningful poem by Kabir, the mystic poet, one of the greatest preachers of Non-Duality as the only real state of existence. This is a poem of Kabir translated by Rabindranath Tagore. The beautiful garden of Heaven which one hears about from one childhood exists nowhere but in ones body. The entire Universe which one sees every moment of ones life and even that which one does not see exists in oneself.

This is a Shaabri Protection Mantra which is used to make journeys and voyages peaceful and free from obstacles and accidents. This mantra has to be recited 108 times to achieve Siddhi or mastery over the mantra. The recommended days for acquiring Siddhi are -Surya Grahan or Solar Eclipse, Chandra Grahan or Lunar Eclipse, Holi and Diwali,because on these days Siddhi can be achieved easily.

The Root or the Muladhara Chakra is the most important of the CHAKRAS. This Chakra is located in that part of the body where the anus and genitals meet. The Sanskrit words which make up the word Muladhara mean-Mula – Root and Adhara – The base or foundation. Thus, Muladhara means – Root base or Root foundation.

This is an Abhang,which is a devotional song written by Sant Ramdas,the great saint who was the spiritual guru of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. This prayer is dedicate to Shri.Ram,the 7th Avatar of Vishnu, the Maryada Purushottam or the perfect man. This prayer is in the Marathi language and is useful to those who find it difficult to recite lengthy Stotras , Chalisas and Aartis . This short prayer tells one to be like Ram to oneself and to others. This is the only way forward.If one think and acts well with others as one does with oneself,then there will be bliss and happiness everywhere.

The Rudrayamala Tantra [रुद्रयामल तंत्र], which is the ancient Hindu Scripture related to Tantra gives a variety of Mantra Sadhnas. This Scripture is dedicated to the fierce Avatar or manifestation of Shiva, which can be taken as the Bhairav Avatar or the Rudra Avatar. The mantra sadhnas given in this Tantra are Aghori [अघोरी], the meaning of which is commonly taken to be fierce.

Here are some more Home Remedies for mental illness and the illness of Fits which again is an illness of the mind. The illness of Blood Pressure is also a related illness. The use of commonly and widely used ingredients, mostly used in cooking is used in the preparation of these remedies. It is said that the uses of these remedies greatly reduces and cures most illnesses related to the mind.

In the Hindu religion the Garud [गरुड] or Garuda [गरुडा] is the Vahan or the carrier of Vishnu, the Protector. Garud in Hindi means Eagle. The Garuda is an important figure in the Hindu religion, and two of the ancient Hindu religious scriptures the Garuda Purana and the Garudopanishad are totally devoted to him. He also finds reference in the Vedas and the Bhagavad-Gita. Worship of Garuda is said to protect one from snakes and their poison. This is an Aarti in the Marathi language with the English translation dedicated to Garuda.

The Atharveda is the 4th of the ancient Indian scriptures the Vedas. Veda translated into English means knowledge. These 4 scriptures are divided into categories or types of knowledge which they impart. The Atharveda is commonly believed to have been composed by the Sages Angiras and Atharvan,some say that these are not two individuals but two groups of Sages. The exact dating of the Athaeveda is unknown but evidence has been uncovered of their practice till about 1500 B.C.

Muktabai or Muktai is one of the great saint of Maharashtra. Muktai was the younger sister of the great saint Sant Dnyaneshwar. Nivruttinath was the eldest brother followed by Dnyaneshwar, Sopandev and Muktabai. At a very young age of about 10 years the eldest brother Nivruttinath received initiation into the Nath-Sampradaya of the Navnath’s or ‘the nine masters’ by Gahininath,who was 5th in the linage of the Nine Masters. Nivruttinath was the guru of his younger brothers and sister Muktabai.

These are some home remedies to eradicate the harmful and life threatening addictions like Tobacco, Drugs and Alcoholism. This is an easy home remedy to get rid of the harmful habit of Smoking, Tobacco and Drugs. Take raw Chakwat [चाकवत] also known as Chandan Bathua, this is leafy spinach like vegetable from the Goose foot family with greenish leaves. These vegetable leaves have to be put in a mixer or juicer and the juice separated from the leftovers of the leaves.

This is another small Hanuman Prarthana ,which means a prayer to Hanuman, also called Bajrangbali or Maruti.Hanuman is also called as Balbhim, which is a symbol of his infinite strength as he is none other than the Maharudra Avatar of Shiva. This is a prayer in the Marathi language. This small prayer calls upon Hanuman to love you, and he is described as the one who put an end to the sadness of Sita, the wife of Ram. Thus it was Hanuman who was equally responsible along with Ram for the destruction of the forces of darkness led by the King of Lanka Ravan.

Imagine a thinker thinking deeply on the infinite subject of the Creation of the Universe some 8000 years back in time and what would he be thinking about, what would be the depth of his thoughts. Sitting here in 2009AD it is impossible for most people to even visualize this. The Rig Vedas a compilation of over a 1000 verses, whose origin can be traced back to the Harappan culture which evidence suggests existed from 6000BC,gives one an insight into the level of intelligence of these ancients, their wisdom and logic which is lacking in most people even in this advanced age. If The Nasadiya Sutka,Rig Veda-10.129 gives us THE ULTIMATE DESCRIPTION OF CREATION , this verse is an astonishing description of the beginning of creation.

This is one shorter Hanuman Prarthana or a prayer dedicated toward Hanuman. This prayer is in the Marathi language. Again this type of prayer is useful for those who find it difficult to practice lengthy Chalisas or Stotras or any other kind of prayers. This prayer in short describes Hanuman or Maruti as the one who proved the purity of Sita, the one who brought Ram and Sita together, the one who brought the Dronagiri Mountain and saved the life of Laxman.This prayer was composed by the great Saint Sant Tukaram.

Shri.Ram is the seventh Avatar of Vishnu. Ram is the Maryada Purushottam or the perfect man in the eyes of God. Shri Ram is widely worshipped and prayed to by Hindus not only in India but all over the world. The word “Ram”[ राम] itself is a Siddha Mantra. The meaning of the word Ram can be understood by what the individual letters stand for-

As of 2010 the common Indian faces an uncertain future. The common Indians who comprise of over 95% of the population, do not at the present moment see any light at the end of the long and dark tunnel of corruption, graft and looting. What we are witnessing at the present moment is a system in a state of decay and collapse. We are coming to the end of a cycle and a system in it last days, which will be replaced by another one.

This is the Jayjaykar [जयजयकार] which means Salutations which is offered to Shri Swami Samarth Maharaj of Akkalkot after the completion of prayers such as Aartis , Chalisas and Stotras . The disciples show their love and dedication towards Shri.Swami Samarth by reciting the Jayjaykar.The salutations should come spontaneously and from the bottom of the heart, which is a symbol of love and sincerity.

This is the Dhyan [ध्यान] which is required before offering prayer to Shri.Swami Samarth of Akkalkot.Dhya means Contemplation or Concentration with a pure mindset, with your mind and body focusing on the task before you. So before offering prayers such as Aartis , Chalisas and Stotras , it is always advisable to get in the right frame of mind, with all your senses concentrating on the deity. Shri.Swami Samarth is said to be an Avatar of Dattatreya. He is very popular in Maharashtra and the other neighboring states. Numerous miracles and supernatural occurrences are attributed to Shri.Swami Samarth Maharaj.

The Revelations mentioned in the Bible refer to a great nuclear war taking place on earth the descriptions given coincide with NOSTRADAMUS AND NUCLEAR WAR the language may be different but the meaning and consequences for the earth are the same.

This is an Aarti recited in praise of the Universal Mother Mahalaxmi. She has eight different aspects or manifestations, each of which fulfill a different function to aid humanity. Mahalaxmi is said to be the power or Shakti which gives strength to Vishnu as per Shaktism teachings.Sita the wife of Shri. Ram and Rukmini the wife of Shri.Krishna are said to be the manifestations of Mahalaxmi, who gave strength and powes to these two avatars of Vishnu. Mahalaxmi is the Goddess of plenty and is worshipped to have all the needs of material as well spiritual life which are necessary for existence.

Sant Namdev is one of the most popular and worshipped saint in Maharashtra. Namdev is believed to have been born on 29 October 1230 and left for his heavenly abode at the age of 80 in 1350. Sant Namdev was one of the earliest preachers of the oneness of everything movement. This Bhakti movement started by Namdev is in fact Non-Duality .Sant Namdev wrote over 2500 Abhangs or religious compositions.

A lot of misinformation and theories have appeared on the net and are still appearing about the 10th and final Avatar of The KALKI AVATAR . The Hindu Puranas have time and again and prophesized about the manifestation, in the Prophecies on Kalki Avatar , that he will manifest in the current Hindu cycle of Kaliyuga as per the HINDU COSMOLOGY .

Ekvira Devi is a widely worshipped Hindu Goddess in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Ekvira Devi is worshipped as the Mother Goddess or Adi-Shakti. This is how the Universal Mother or the Ever-Existent is seen and worshipped in India, more so in Shaktism. Ekvira Devi is the Kul Devta or family deity of a lot of people belonging to Maharashtrian communities like the Kolis or the fishermen community and the CKP [Chandraseniya Kayastha Prabhu] community.

The Badrinath temple is situated in the Gharhwal range of the Himalayas at an altitude of 3,415 meters; the river Alaknanda commences its decent from here. Badrinath is one of the Char Dham’s, and a part of the Hindu religions most respected and valued pilgrimage the, Char Dham Yatra. The great philosopher saint Adi Shankara is said to have established the temple dedicated to Vishnu as Narayana in the ninth century.Badrinath is mentioned in the Padma Purana and the Bhagavata Purana, amongst other ancient Hindu religious scriptures. It is believed that one washes away all the accumulated sins by going on the Char Dham pilgrimage.

Vitthal or Vithoba also called Panduranga is the name by which Vishnu is popularly called in most parts of Maharashtra. Vithoba literally translated into English means, the one standing on a brick. Legend has it that there was a great devotee of Vishnu called Pundalik.Pleased with his devotion Vishnu decided to give him Darshan. At the time Vishnu came to give darshan to Pundalik,Pundalik was looking after the needs of his elderly parents. In spite of knowing that the lord had come to give him darshan, Pundalik asked him to wait and threw him a brick to stand on. Pleased with Pundaliks devotion towards his parents, and impressed that for Pundalik his parents came before God, Vishnu remained standing in the same position on the brick forever. This is how the idol of Vithoba is popularly made and worshipped, of him standing on a brick.

The ancient Tantrik text, the Rudrayamala Tantra has given certain Vashikaran experiments involving certain herbs and other ingredients. I am listing here some experiment involving two of these ingredients.

There are numerous passages in the Bhagavad-Gita on Non-Duality . However, these two verses I have found are a clear description of the Non-Dual nature of God and Non-Duality as the only way forward to evolution and liberation. Chapter 7 -13 त्रिभिर्गुणमयैर्भावैरेभिः सर्वमिदं जगत्‌ l मोहितं नाभिजानाति मामेभ्यः परमव्ययम्‌ ll

The innermost depths of the thinking process just before the zero point is where the innermost or the sub-conscious mind resides. This area is what can be termed as the root of the mind. This root can be compared to the root of a tree, just like how the root of a tree has to have a source of water, soil and oxygen for the tree to grow, the same way the root of the mind has to be strong and healthy.

This post is in response to numerous requests from my readers asking for Bhairav Protection Mantra to exorcise evil spirits. This could just be a tip of the iceberg. The C.B.I. has claimed that they have as many as 5, 851, tapes recorded conversations of Radia.

This is a beautiful prayer for Universal Peace in the Marathi Language, this prayer was composed by the well known Marathi philosopher, author, teacher, social activist, and freedom fighter Sane Guruji. I have translated and given the meaning in English.

Bhairav [भैरव] is that Rudra or fierce Avatar of manifestation of Shiva, the Destroyer, out of the Hindu divine trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh or the Creator, the protector and the destroyer. Bhairav means Bhay [भय] or fear, and fear arises from this manifestation of Shiva, who is seen as being fearsome and terrible.

The Isha Upanishad a sacred religious scripture of the Hindu religion, is the smallest of the Upanishad’s, it comprises of only 18 verses. This Upanishad is commonly believed to have been composed about 2100 thousand to 2400 years back; the exact dating is not available. This was the Upanishad which was held in the highest esteem by none other than Mahatma Gandhi. And of the 18 verses contained in the Upanishad, Gandhiji stated that the first verse contained the highest and deepest possible wisdom. This was the wisdom Gandhiji said was the key to the survival of the Hindu religion.

The river Ganga is considered as the holiest river in the Hindu religion.Ganga is not only considered as a river but as a Goddess.The river Ganga which is the largest river in India , is also the national river of India. Many cities are situated on the banks of the Ganga, and some of these cities like Haridwar and Varanasi amongst others are important places of pilgrimage for Hindus. It is believed that a bath in the Ganga, cleanses one from the past Karma. Many devote Hindu keep some water of the Ganga in a bottled state in their homes.

Vashikaran or attraction of members of the opposite sex is something which almost everyone tries or attempts sometime or the other in their life times. The Hindu religious texts, notably the Tantras prescribe certain unique Mantras and practices which, it is said brings members of the opposite sex or for that matter anyone you wish to attract under your spell.

Dynastic politics and corruption go hand in hand in India. The menace of dynastic politics is the root factor in the present condition India finds itself in. There seems no light at the end of the tunnel, as corruption in India , has now taken gigantic proportions, of a magnitude not fully known to the Indian public. Corruption has now engulfed the entire nation, and is the major threat to the survival of India as a nation.

This is a continuation of my post corruption in India , which I wrote some eight months back. Since then we have witnessed scam after scam. On the heels of the Commonwealth Games 2010 scam involving some Rs.1, 07000 crores, came the Adarsh society scam and now we are in the midst of the 2 G spectrum scam involving reportedly a sum of Rs.1, 76,000 crores. One still does not know the exact magnitude of these scams, and neither are we going to know the real facts. Ramu Kaka is not going to come clean.

This is another Aarti in the Marathi Language recited in praise of Laxmi or Mahalaxmi Mata, the Hindu Goddess of Abundance of all things in life whether material or spiritual. This Aarti is also recited while doing a Vrat or fast of Laxmi Mata on Thursdays. It is said that one must never nurture an ego or false pride over ones wealth. Those who have this pride, invariable insult others over their lack of wealth, and think no end of themselves. It is said those who indulge in such behavior find that the Goddess of Abundance curses them and they loose all their wealth.

These are powerful Hindu Mantras and Yantras for wealth, prosperity and abundance. The Goddess Mahalaxmi is the Hindu Goddess of plenty. So also is the Hindu God of wealth Kuber. There are also Shaabri Mantras composed by the nine Saints and Masters the Navnath’s of the Nath Sampradaya which are useful in the acquisition of material pursuits as well as the essential requirements to lead a contented life.

Mahalaxmi is the Adi Shakti or the Ever-Existent Universal energy.Mahalaxmi has eight manifestations covering every aspect of creation. These manifestations are called Ashtalamxi. These are some more Mantras recited to win the favor of Mahalaxmi, and lead a life of peace, prosperity and abundance.

These are Yantras or Geometric diagrams of Mahalaxmi Devi, which are useful for specific purposes. Mahalaxmi is the Hindu Goddess who is also said to be the Adi Shakti or the Universal energy. The Yantras are to be embossed on thick copper plates or if that is not possible they can be drawn on a plain, clean white peace of paper and kept in your place of worship or your wallet or the place where you store your money or food grains.

The Jain religion, which is an off shoot of Hinduism and share a common culture and heritage, is followed by over 4 million people in India. Jainism also has its unique Mantras. I have translated into English and given some common and popular mantras recited by Jains. These are the Mantras which are recited on all the days of the week. Each day has its own unique Mantra.It is said that the frequency of the Mantra vibrates to that of the day.

Tulsi or the Basil plant is a very auspicious plant in the Hindu religion. The leaves of the Tulsi plant have strong medicinal properties, and hence are commonly used in Ayurvedic preparations. The Tulsi leaves are found to be effective in treatment of ailments such as common colds, headaches, stomach disorders, inflammation, heart disease, treatment of poisoning, and malaria. The properties of this plant were discovered by the sages and physicians in ancient times; hence they advised that it was advisable for every household to have a Tulsi plant.

Sant Eknath was a very prominent saint and poet who lived in the town of Paithan in the state of Maharashtra. Sant Eknath wrote in the form of verses in the Marathi Language, and gave spiritual lectures in the poetic form, known popularly as Kirtans. He is believed to have been born in the year 1533 A D. Sant Eknath wrote numerous religious compositions, including a translation in the commonly spoken Language of those days of the Bhagavad-Gita. His compositions are extremely popular in the state of Maharashtra even today.

He arises from the “sea” –.Rev.11.7. This is a Bible Prophecies which has been time and again used to describe the origins of the THE THIRD ANTICHRIST . The word “sea” has been misinterpreted by most as referring to the Gentile nations which have been described in the Bible. Lets have a look at this prophecy made by Nostradamus.Nostradamus has described a person born from the three water signs, as shaping global events in the future. The water or sea connection is obvious and for everyone to see. The Bible prophecy and the prophecy made by Nostradamus are referring to the same person. These prophecies are connected.

This is a Bible Prophecy which speaks of one of the signs leading to the count down to the coming world climax or Armageddon. The word “sorceries” given in this prophecy can be translated as pharmakeia, a word from which the word pharmacy has been derived. Sant Tukaram was one of the greatest Saints on Maharashtra. He lived and preached in the small town of Dehu on the outskirts of the city of Pune, more than 400 years back. He wrote more than 4500 religious compositions mostly in the form of devotional poetry, known in the Marathi Language as Abhangs. All his teachings were of a deep and profound spiritual nature, thus creating a conflict between him and the traditional religious preachers.

This is the Aarti in the Marathi Language recited in praise of the Goddess Santoshi Mata. Santoshi Mata is the Goddess of calm, bliss and contentment and wish fulfillment of all things in life. Santoshi Mata is the divine all powerful mother or Adi Shakti. It is said that fasting for 16 consecutive Fridays, and praying with devotion and sincerity, brings about the blessings of Santoshi Mata, and there is wish fulfillment. The entire family atmosphere should be calm and peaceful and they should not eat sour and bitter food items on these 16 Fridays when one fasts.

This is a Mantra for the mother Goddess. The Mantra describes the mother goddess as Adi Shakti. The Shakti of the mother goddess; the Supreme Being, the divine energy of the mother, is the very divine energy which is found in Shiva. This is the same divine energy which is worshiped to aid ones liberation, and achieve bliss and happiness in both the material and spiritual worlds.

This is the Ganesh Vandana, a popular prayer recited in praise of Ganesha or Ganpati. Ganesha is the Lord of all beginnings. Vandana means invoking the blessings in the form of salutations to a particular deity, this is a popular form of worship in the Hindu religion. The Ganesh Vandana is normally recited on special occasions, like the commencement of a new venture, the beginning of a Yagna or Havan or any other form of worship. This is primarily done to ensure success in that venture, as Ganesha is the Lord of all beginnings.

The 16th Chapter of the Bhagavad-Gita draws a clear distinction between those attributes present amongst Human beings which are of a Divine and those which are of a Demoniac nature. These attributes the Divine being says are what take one either towards the Divine being or towards a Demoniac state of existence.

Asthi-visarjan [अस्थि-विसर्जन] is a very important religious ritual in the Hindu religion. Asthi means the left over bones and some ashes of a dead person collected after performing the last rites. In the Hindu religion, a dead person is cremated normally on a Funeral pyre where the dead body is placed on logs of fire. Now days Electric or Diesel Crematoriums are also used as they are found in most Indian towns.

Ramu Kaka[रामू काका] that omnipresent character present in most Hindi films, a man of impeachable character, integrity and honesty has affected the Indian mind more than any other character in history, not even Mahatma Gandhi. The legacy of Ramu Kaka shapes our destiny and everyday life at the present moment more than at any other point of the history of independent India.

Chakrapani is another name of Vishnu.Chakrapani translated into English means one that holds the Chakra. This Chakra, called Sudarshan Chakra is the weapon of Vishnu. The Sudarshan Chakra has 108 sharp blades like edges; it is with this weapon that Vishnu killed countless demons and evil forces which threatened humanity and the Universe. The glow of the Sudarshan Chakra is said to be such that even the Sun appears like a tiny spark compared to it. There are numerous temples dedicated to Vishnu as Chakrapani in southern India, notably Kerala.

Parshuram is the sixth of the Dash Avatars or the ten manifestations of Vishnu. Parshuram was a sage, who had done great penance and acquired mastery over all sorts of divine weapons and the art of warfare. The purpose of his manifestation was primarily to rid the earth of evil rulers, most of who belonged to the ruling Kshatriya caste. One day when Parshuram returned home he found his mother Renuka crying uncontrollably, when he asked for the reason of her grief, she told him that his father Jamadagni had been brutally killed by the Kshatriyas. Parshuram vowed that he would wipe out the entire race of the Kshatriyas 21 times. 21 times was because he had seen his mother beat her chest 21 times with grief. True to his word he wiped out generation after generation of Kshatriyas 21 times.

This is a short Aarti in the Marathi Language recited in praise of Vishnu. The Aarti says that Vishnu loves Ganga Jal, the holy and pure water of the river Ganga, he loves whoever who brings the holy waters of the Ganga. Whosoever lights and dedicates with a pure heart Dhoop [incense] to him becomes dear to him forever, and he protects and guides that person. This Aarti can also be taken as a type of Manas Puja or a prayer in the mind, which offers Ganga Jal to Vishnu. What really matters to Vishnu is the sincerity and love of the devotee.

Mahalaxmi is the Hindu Goddess of wealth and prosperity. She is also considered to be the epitome of femanity.On the higher levels of spirituality she is said to the Adi-Shakti or the Universal mother.Mahalaxmi has eight secondary manifestations divided according to the functions they fulfill. This Aarti in the Marathi Language is recited in praise of Mahalaxmi.The Aarti praises the Goddess and highlights the role which she plays to guide and protect humanity. The Aarti also describes how she saved humanity from the demons Mahishasur,Chand and Chamund and Kolhasur.

This is an Aarti in the Marathi Language recited in praise of Shankar or Shiva. Shankar is the Destroyer out of the Hindu divine trinity of Bhahma, Vishnu and Mahesh or the Creator, the Protector and the Destroyer. The Aarti is a description of the various qualities of Shankar in brief. His appearance, the blue throat, as a result of drinking the poison emerging during Sagar-Manthan. The poison emerging out of the churning of the ocean of milk, threatened to destroy the Universe.Shankar swallowed the poison; hence he is also called Neelkanth which translated into English means one having a Blue Throat.

This is another Aarti recited in the Hindi Language in praise of, and to seek the blessings of the Hindu Goddess of learning, arts and higher knowledge Saraswati.  Saraswati is the mother of the Vedas and the Goddess whose blessings are sought by students in India. I have tried to translate as best as I could.

The Moon or Chandra in Hindi is an important planet in the Hindu religion. The Moon is considered as the only visible God who illuminates the night. He is also seen as the presiding deity of the night or darkness. In astrology the Moon affects the mind more than any other planet of heavenly body. In fact the Hindu calendar is primarily based on the phases of the moon. In Vedic astrology also the sing which the moon occupies at the time of birth is taken as the birth sign or Rashi of the native. Many religious practices and rituals are also practiced according to the various phases of the moon.

This is a short Prarthana or prayer dedicated to the Mother Earth, which is normally recited on walking up in the morning and, while placing your feet on the ground. We normally forget the Earth, while we pray to various deities. We live on the Earth and are a part of the Earth, when we die our mortal remains merge into the Earth, so while praying to the Earth, we are praying for ourselves.

This is a short prayer or Prarthana dedicated toward Dattatreya. Dattatreya in the Hindu religion is the combined manifestation of the Hindu holy trinity of Brahma,Vishnu and Mahesh,the Creator,the Protector and the Destroyer. This is a Shlok [ verse] from the Dattatreya Stuti,a lengthy prayer normally said in praise of Dattatreya.This prayer can also be recited along with some easy to recite Dattatreya Mantras

Sant Samarth Ramdas [1606 – 1682 ] is a very popular saint in Maharashtra. Ramdas was a great devotee of Shri.Ram and Hanuman. Though many miracles including making a dead person alive are attributed to him, his preaching’s differed from most other saints. He laid great stress on physical development and exercise and the development of the body. He was an exponent of the Surya Namaskar. He taught and preached that injustice should not be taken lying down. He preached that one should fight for justice. He was the spiritual guru of the great warrior King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and inspired him to fight and destroy the foreign invaders, which he did so successfully, that the very mention of his name inspired fear and dread in the minds of the foreign invaders.

The biggest, most popular and widely celebrated festival in India Diwali is back. Diwali is the festival of Lights; it is also the festival to illuminate your mind. During Diwali time, most homes are decorated with lights, diyas and lamps. It is also time for crackers, new clothes and sweets. The deeper significance of Diwali is the celebration of the victory of light over darkness, the victory of good over evil.

This is a short Prarthana or Prayer recited by devotees in praise of Hanuman or Maruti in the Marathi Language. This prayer is suitable especially to those who find it difficult to recite lengthy Chalisas or Stotras . This prayer describes Hanuman as he really is the immortal Maharudra Avatar of Shiva who has manifested to help Shri.Ram in his war against the evil forces led by the invincible King of Lanka Ravan.

This is another powerful Ganesh Vashikaran Mantra a Mantra from the Rudrayamala Tantra, the ancient and rare Hindu Religious text.This is a Vashikaran or a Attraction Mantra. This is a text dedicated to the Rudra [fierce] avatar of Shiva. The Mantra is in form of a prayer to Ganesha or Ganpati, the Hindu God of all beginnings to attract everyone.

This is a Attraction Mantra or Vashikaran Mantra from the Rudrayamala tantra [रुद्रयामलतन्त्रम] an ancient and rare Hindu religious text. This text is dedicated to the Rudra Avatar or the fierce manifestation of Shiva.

Vaman Deva is the fifth of the Dash Avatars or the ten manifestations of Vishnu, the Protector. Vishnu manifested as Vamana taking the form of a dwarf Brahman carrying a wooden umbrella. The purpose of this manifestation was to destroy the pride of the demon King Bali. Bali who was the grandson of the grandson of Prahlad and the great grandson of Hiranyakasuip and had become so powerful that he had also extended his rule over heaven.

Worship in the literal sense means devotion or love directed towards something, which one finds worthy of one’s love and devotion. Worship also means looking with respect and admiration at a power, which one perceives as being greater than one self. Worship can also be taken as asking the power higher than one self for help, advice and progress.

The shrine of Venkateshwara's is located in Tirumala town in Venkatam hills near Tirupathi in Chittoor district in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Venkateshwara also popularly called Balaji is the manifestation of Vishnu. The literal translation of Venkateshwara from Sanskrit into English means the destroyer of sins. Vishnu manifested in the Kalituga to aid the masses in cleansing their souls and to progress forward in the path of evolution. The temple of Venkateshwara is one of the most popular, richest and most visited places of pilgrimage not only in India but the world.

This is one more powerful Protection Mantra to Exorcise evil spirits and energies which have entered someone’s body.This is a Shaabri Mantra,popularised and taught by the nine saints and masters the Navnath's. The language used is the old Marathi script which I have tried to translate into English as best as I could.

This is the Aarti in the Marathi language recited in praise of Narasimha Avatar the fourth Avatar of Vishnu. Narasimha Avatar manifested to destroy the Demon King Hiranyakashipu. This Aarti is a description of the state of the Universe when Narasimha Avatar Manifested. The Aarti describes the power of Narasimha, how the constellations in the sky shivered and the entire Universe trembled. The planets including the Sun and the Moon failed to give out their light in fright. Even Brahma and Shiva become uncomfortable and looked in awe as the Heavens trembled.

This is another widely recited Aarti  dedicated in praise of Ganesha or Ganpati in the Marathi Language, which I have translated into English.

Narasimha is the fourth amongst the Dashavatars of Vishnu. He is portrayed as a having a body of a half man and half lion. Vishnu manifested as Narasimha in order to destroy the Demon King Hiranyakashipu. Hiranyakashipu had become invincible by virtue of a boon which he had received from Brahma, due to which he could not be killed by any living being in existence, he could not be killed either during the day or night, nor by any weapon, nor on the ground or the sky, nor indoors or outdoors. By virtue of this boon he became invincible and performed a great number of misdeeds,had become arrogant and had saw himself as being God.

This is the Marathi for Vishnu with translation in English. This Aarti is also recited in praise of Shri Krishna who is an Avatar of Vishnu.

This is another Dattatrey Aarti, in the Marathi Language. I have translated it into English for the benefit of those who find it hard to understand Marathi. This Aarti is normally recited on Thursdays.

The birth or creation of a new life is only possible through the highest state of energy or the God or Non-Dual state of existence. This is the real meaning of the union of Shiv and Shakti, which I have described as Hinduism's highest Sexual Union . The energy generated in the course of a Sexual-Union is that highest energy state. The ancient Hindus, who wrote, taught and preached about sex and sexual unions knew what they were doing, they fully understood how a new life was created.

About 5 years back I came across a strange case of suicide, which I have diagnosed as a case of unintentional Non-Duality . This is a strange case where the person in question achieved the Non-Dual state without trying or aspiring to achieve it. The elusive state of Non-Dual existence comes on its own accord.

This is the Aartis recited in praise and dedicated towards Shanidev or Satutn, in the Marathi Language. Saturn is also called Yama, the Hindu God of Longevity. Saturn is also said to represent Karma. It is said that Saturn blesses everyone according to his Karma or past deeds. None can escape the Laws of Karma, and it is said that Saturn dispenses justice. Saturn is the only planet who can turn a Knave in a King overnight. The blessing given by Saturn are said to be incomparable as they represent rewards for past Karma. The ill effects can make a King into a Pauper overnight.

This is prayer which I have composed for the seekers of the Ever-Existent,  especially for the sincere and dedicated practitioners of Non-Duality . Nothing can ever exist in separation, not even God. One is never going to experience the Non-Dual state of existence, by reading, writing or debating about it. Please keep in mind that it is only the experience which matters, the experience is everything, and bookish knowledge about the spiritual is nothing.

The Sun God or सूर्य देव in the Hindi Language is the only visible force of nature which we see, feel and depend upon for our existence. We cannot exist without the Sun. Surya Namaskar or Sun Worship is a very important ritual in Yoga and in the Hindu religion. Apart from the Mantras normally recited while and after doing Surya Namaskar,this is an important Mantra dedicated to Surya. The Surya Mantras are useful in attracting life forming energy from the Sun. There are various versions of the same Mantra.

Ganpati is the remover of all obstacles and difficulties which come your way; hence he is also called by the name ‘Vidhna Vinashak’—the remover of obstacles. This is just one amongst the countless qualities attributed to him.

The Navenaths or the nine Masters are probably the most influential personalities in the Hindu early and late middle age Yogic and Mantrik teachings. These Mantras and Yogic teachings are widely followed even today. Macchchindranath was the first of the Navnaths followed by eight other masters-

Saraswati is an important Goddess in the Hindu religion as it is said that all knowledge flows from her mouth. I have tried to translate it into English for the benefit of those who find it hard to understand Hindi.

Switzerland known better for it Swiss Banks is a nation which has accumulated ton and tons of bad Karma. This bad Karma falls in the Dhruda Karma category, which means that one has committed an inexcusable mistake or crime in the previous birth, like murder, denying food and shelter to ones old and helpless parents, cheating ones minor siblings during partition, denying wages to the poor and helpless servants, cheating, ingratitude etc.

Ogmios unlike Mabus has not been given much importance by those interpreting the Prophecies of Nostradamus. Ogmios in mythology is a God worshipped by the Gauls. Then there is also a God from Irish mythology called Oghma, who is often compared to Ogmios. Ogmios has been interpreted by scholars as someone with a gift of the gab, who conquers people with his tongue. Oghma is a champion warrior, he is said to have a smiling face.Ogmios or Oghma is a code name given by Nostradamus for someone who will appear in the future.

These are popular and famous   Aartis or prayers recited in praise of various deities in the Marathi Language. I have also given the translation of the Lyrics in English text for the benefit of those who do not understand Marathi.

This is the Aarti in the Marathi Language recited in praise of Bhairav or Kaal or time. Time spares none, none can escape it. Thus it is recommended that everyone gets the blessings of time in order to make your journey through life smooth. I have tried to do justice to the translation.

This is a powerful Mantra for acquiring wealth. This mantra has to be recited after midnight 1188 times. A Niranjan [earthen or metal lamp filled with oil or clarified butter and lit with a cotton wick] has to be placed before the photo of Laxmi or any other God whom you worship. This is said to be an effective mantra.This is an Shaabri mantra.

The Atharva Veda is one of the four Vedas, the most sacred of the ancient Hindu religious texts. It mainly comprises of charms or Mantra for specific purposes. I have found the charms to restore good health and drive away illness of particular interest. The charm as it is commonly called could be described as a very powerful affirmation designed to sink into your innermost mind and drive away the illness.

This is an Aarti in the Marathi Language with English translation which is sung in praise of the Hindu Goddess of Learning, Arts and Knowledge Saraswati. Saraswati is always portrayed as wearing white clothes which symbolizes purity and divine knowledge. She is shown ridding a Swan, which again symbolizes purity, and inner beauty. It is often said that money and knowledge don’t go together. The deeper significance of this is that the seekers of divine knowledge don’t give much importance to worldly wealth. Like wise those seeking only wealth and nothing else are not sufficiently evolved mentally to seek divine knowledge.

Sai Baba of Shirdi is undoubtedly one of the most popular and widely worshiped Saint in India. His devotees are spread all over the Globe. Shirdi where he spent most of his life and where his Samadhi is situated is one of the most visited and popular places of pilgrimage in India. Any Aarti or Mantra recited from the bottom of ones heart is bound to get the desired results. Devotion and unflinching belief can work miracles. What is more important is not how much you pray, but how you pray.

Dattatreya is the manifestation of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh, the Hindu Trinity. It is written in the Hindu religious texts that Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh disguised as guests went to the House of Anusuya, a women of great purity and tried to test her purity by asking her to serve them food. They told her that they would accept the food on the condition that she serve them the food without wearing any clothes. Such was the purity and power of Anusaya that when she removed her clothes Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh turned into infants. Impressed by her purity and power the three came back into their original forms and asked her for any boon. Anusaya told them that she wanted them to be born as her child. Hence Dattatreya was born, he has three heads.

Vishnu is also called as Narayana. Narayana means the giver of the right direction to all living entites or the ultimate destination of all living entities. Narayana is also the Supreme Being or Godhead. Vishnu or Narayana is the Protective force in the Universe out of the Hindu trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. He is worshiped also through his manifestations or Avatars like Rama and Krishna. Narayana protects all living entities and manifests whenever evils or dangers to existence predominate the Earth and threaten the existence of mankind. The Kalki-Avatar of Vishnu is expected to manifest soon.

Let’s have a look at these three verses from the Bhagavad-Gita - Bhagavad-Gita –Chapter 5 Verse 8/9 The one who knows the truth, knows that he is not doing anything, even as he sees, hears, touches, smells, eats, goes, sleeps, breaths, speaks, excretes, grasps, and opens and closes his eyelids. He knows that the senses are in the sense objects.

The Hindu religion gives numerous unique Mantras for protection of the self, family, clan, country and so on. These mantra are beneficial to those seeking protection and trying to remove obstacles and dangers. These mantras have unique frequencies; some of the mantras are Shaabri Navnath mantras. The other mantras are traditional Hindu mantras. The unique frequencies of these mantras are useful in negating the harmful frequencies coming your way.

I get a lot of mail from my readers asking for Mantras to resolve and correct Sexual problems and maladjustment. There are no such specific mantras to resolve Sexual problems in the ancient Hindu texts. There are of course those who practice certain mantras, but I have found that these mantras have no scientific base, those mantras are recited more as prayers.
