For the practitioners of Yoga and meditation a balanced diet is also of utmost importance, one should always eat approximately about two hours before going to sleep at night. It is always advisable to drink about 10 to 12 glasses of water every day; it is also advisable not to drink water during the course of a meal, but about half an hour after you finish a meal. Again it is advisable not to eat till your stomach is full, keep something in reserve eat about 85% of your capacity.
